Terms of sale

You are on the AFG secure checkout. The service you are buying is owned or managed by Al Faisal Group or AFG Innovations W.L.L., which completes the sale and issues your receipt.

Seller

The seller is shown at the foot of every page and on your receipt, together with the reference of your order.

Price and payment

The price and currency are shown at checkout before you pay. Cards are charged only when you press the pay button and complete the payment on our payment provider's secure page.

Delivery

Digital services and publications are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed. Advisory sessions are delivered at the time agreed with you.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal date from your account, or by writing to accounts@alfaisalgroup.net.

Refunds and complaints
