Refund policy

If you were charged in error, or you paid and did not receive what you bought, write to accounts@alfaisalgroup.net with your order reference and we will review it and reply.

Where a refund is due, it is made to the same card, in the same currency, and usually appears within the time your bank takes to process it.

Digital items that have been delivered and used, and advisory sessions that have taken place, are not refundable unless they were not delivered as described or the law requires otherwise.

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded unless the terms of the service you bought say so.
